Terms & Conditions

These are our standard trading conditions. Any alternative arrangements confirmed in writing will take precedence.

1. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of this document unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment is required before dispatch unless a credit account has been agreed.
3. Stock is subject to availability until your order has been confirmed and payment received.
4. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
5. Carriage charges may be adjusted where shown as estimated and will be confirmed before dispatch. Where you collect the goods from us we charge no outbound carriage; any freight already incurred in bringing them to the United Kingdom is still shown as its own carriage line.
6. Orders for non-stock or specially sourced products cannot normally be cancelled once confirmed.
7. Please inspect goods on delivery or collection and notify us of any shortages or damage within two working days.
8. Risk passes to the purchaser on delivery, or on collection where the goods are collected from us. Ownership remains with The Crumpton Brothers until payment has been received in full.
9. Products should be stored in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
10. Returns are accepted only with prior agreement.
11. Recommendations are given in good faith but remain the customer’s responsibility to verify for their intended use.
12. Products are offered subject to supplier availability.
